Keyfield reported profit after tax and minority interest of RM79.2 million for the first half of 2026, a 9.0% decrease from RM87 million in the first half of 2025. 1H2026 revenue was RM160.7 million, 26.5% lower than a year ago.
For the second quarter of 2026 ended 30 June 2026, Keyfield reported ‘Core’ Operating PATAMI of RM24.1 million, a decrease of 43.0% from RM42.3 million in 2Q2025. 2Q2026 revenue was RM113.5 million, 14.0% lower year-on-year
The group said it will continue its fleet renewal and recalibration strategy and enhance fleet with higher capabilities and the ability to serve a wider range of customers. This will include Keyfield Joyful acquisition and the ongoing construction of 3 new-build vessels comprising one new dynamic positioning class 2 (DP2) Accommodation Work Boat (AWB) vessel and two 90MT dynamic positioning class 2 (DP2) Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) vessels.
