ATLAN Holdings Bhd’s Group Chief Executive Officer Datuk Lee Kok Khee will step down from his position and take on the role of Group Advisor, effective Aug 7, 2025, according to the company’s latest announcement.
Lee, 58, brings more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry, having spent 22 years with Kenanga Investment Bank Bhd, where he last served as Executive Director and Head of Group Equity Business.
His experience spans equity broking, investment banking, corporate finance and financial technology.
Following his transition from the CEO role, Lee will continue to contribute to the group in an advisory capacity. He also leads Atlan Holdings’ Executive Committee (EXCO), which oversees the group’s day-to-day operations.
The leadership change is expected to provide continuity in the group’s operations while allowing Lee to continue leveraging his extensive experience in the financial and corporate sectors as Group Advisor.
