The Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) will organise the National Tax Seminar 2026 in October, following the scheduled tabling of Budget 2027.
The seminar will be held online via Zoom in two sessions, on Oct 14 and Oct 21, 2026. Registration is now open through LHDN’s SPK portal.
It will feature senior representatives from the Finance Ministry, LHDN, the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia and the Malaysian Association of Tax Accountants.
Key topics include Budget 2027 tax proposals, the e-Invoice Special Voluntary Disclosure Programme and stamp duty requirements. The seminar will also cover current tax developments and legislative changes relevant to taxpayers, tax practitioners, accounting bodies and professionals.
Employers registered with HRD Corp may claim participants’ training costs, subject to the applicable conditions.
