United Asiapac Energy Bhd has postponed its ACE Market listing to a tentative Sept 14, 2026, from the original Aug 19 date, as it revises the timeline for its IPO.
The postponement is to allow the company to issue a supplementary prospectus containing clarifications on information disclosed in its July 28 prospectus and updates on a new contract it has secured.
Managing Director Ahmad Fadzuli Ali said the move would ensure investors have access to relevant and updated information before the listing.
“Investors who have applied for the IPO will be given an opportunity to withdraw their applications within a prescribed period, with details to be announced later,” he added.
Under the revised indicative timetable, IPO shares are expected to be allotted to successful applicants on Sept 10, ahead of the planned listing on Sept 14.
United Asiapac specialises in well intervention solutions for Malaysia’s upstream oil and gas sector, including fishing and plug-and-abandonment services.
