F1 Bahrain GP RM200 Tickets Sold Out Ahead Of October Race

MADANI tickets priced from RM200 for the Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2026 at the Sepang International Circuit (SIC) have sold out, according to Youth and Sports Minister Dr Mohammed Taufiq Johari.

The tickets, which cover the 2 to 4 October race weekend, recorded strong demand from Malaysians after sales were opened to the public, with the minister saying SIC has confirmed that the allocation has been fully taken up.

“As of today, the MADANI tickets have been sold out in total, but we will also look at whether there is room and a need for additional MADANI tickets,” he told reporters after the closing ceremony of Innovation Development Through Educational Activities (iDEA’26) and the East Zone 2026 technical and vocational education and training (TVET) tour in Temerloh.

Mohammed Taufiq said any additional allocation would be announced from time to time if it becomes available.

The affordable ticket initiative comes as Malaysia prepares to host the F1 Bahrain Grand Prix at Sepang, with the RM200 MADANI offering giving Malaysians access to the three-day race weekend at a significantly lower price point.

The minister also highlighted KBS’ efforts to strengthen the country’s TVET agenda, including 12 memoranda of understanding signed between skills training institutions and industry partners to create more employment opportunities for young people.
