Orgabio FY26 PAT Soars 201% To RM11.8 Million As Margins Strengthen

Orgabio Holdings Bhd delivered a strong 201.2% year-on-year surge in profit after tax (PAT) to RM11.8 million for FY26, from RM3.9 million a year earlier, driven by stronger factory utilisation, stable raw material prices, improved operating efficiency and broader revenue growth across domestic and overseas markets.

Revenue for FY26 also rose 31.4% to RM145.9 million from RM111.1 million, while gross profit jumped 53.7% to RM27.5 million. Basic earnings per share improved to 4.77 sen from 1.58 sen.

For the fourth quarter, PAT surged 521.2% to RM3.1 million from RM0.5 million a year earlier despite revenue falling 8.6% to RM31.3 million.

Gross profit for the quarter rose 32.1% to RM6.1 million, while gross profit margin expanded sharply to 19.52% from 13.52%, supported by better economies of scale and efficiencies from its new factory.

Orgabio Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Ean Yong Hien Voon said the company also ended FY26 with a stronger balance sheet, as cash and cash equivalents increased to RM14.7 million while total borrowings declined to RM7.1 million.

“Looking ahead, the company remains cautiously optimistic, with plans to strengthen its OEM/ODM capabilities, improve operational efficiency and expand product innovation across the instant beverage premix market,” Ean Yong added.
