Bintai Kinden Corporation Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko Sdn Bhd (KBK), has secured an open tender from PLUS Malaysia Bhd to develop two parcels of land spanning approximately 103 acres in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.
The group said the letter of award was issued by PLUS on Aug 12, 2026.
The land, located outside the PLUS highway right of way, has been earmarked for a proposed residential and commercial development with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM296.54 million.
Subject to obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals, KBK will undertake the development and construction works for the project.
Bintai said the project is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings from the financial year ending March 31, 2029 (FY29) onwards.
