Mah Sing Group Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary Elite Park Development Sdn Bhd has filed a notice of appeal against a High Court decision in a civil suit involving three defendants.
The company said Elite Park Development, the plaintiff in the case, filed the Notice of Appeal on Aug 21, 2026 through its solicitors.
The case involves Elite Park Development against Zulhkiple Abu Bakar, practising in Perunding ZNA, and two others.
Mah Sing said the legal proceedings relate to the first, second and third defendants, with previous updates announced on Oct 25, 2019, Nov 27, 2019, July 15, 2020 and July 28, 2026.
