Oasis Home Ends FY26 With Net Profit Surging 47.2% To RM13.8 Million

Oasis Home Holding Bhd ended FY26 on a stronger earnings footing, with net profit rising 47.2% to a record RM13.8 million, driven by a more favourable product mix, stronger wellness product sales and disciplined cost optimisation.

Full-year revenue reached a record RM99.3 million, supported by growth across its digital sales channels. Third-party e-commerce and digital marketplace sales more than doubled to RM31.9 million, while B2B sales surged to RM5.9 million from RM1.1 million. Live-commerce revenue increased 10.5% to RM53 million.

The stronger mix of wellness products lifted full-year gross profit by 44.3% to RM47.8 million, helping improve overall profitability.

Oasis Home finished the year with a record fourth quarter too, as revenue jumped 70.5% year-on-year to RM34.7 million, while net profit climbed to a new high of RM4.5 million from an adjusted RM1.1 million a year earlier. Its 4Q26 gross margin improved to 48.9% from 41%.

Chief Executive Officer Datuk Jaden Teoh Yee Seang said the results reflected the group’s focus on a more favourable product mix and cost discipline, while it continues expanding customer segments, online-to-offline touchpoints and complementary product categories.

The group also declared a final single-tier dividend of 0.6 sen per share, bringing total FY26 dividends to one sen per share, equivalent to a payout of RM5 million or 36% of net profit.
