Ahmad Zaki Resources Bhd is hit with another winding up petition to its wholly-owned subsidiary over an alleged outstanding debt of RM407,753.55.
AZRB said the petition was filed by TKH Industrial Supply Sdn Bhd with the High Court of Malaya on Aug 18, 2026 and subsequently served on AZSB on Aug 20.
According to the company, TKH Industrial Supply is claiming the outstanding sum for goods, industrial and construction materials supplied to AZSB.
The latest petition it part of a series of suit the company is facing from RM3.9 million for EKVE project and claims by number of contractors.
The group also does not expect to incur any losses arising from the petition, apart from legal fees and related disbursements, it said.
AZSB said it is currently in discussions with TKH Industrial Supply to negotiate a prompt and amicable resolution to the matter.
