NationGate Holdings recorded RM1.8 billion revenue, representing a decrease of RM0.8 billion from RM2.6 billion revenue recorded in the preceding year corresponding quarter. The decline was primarily driven by lower revenue contributions from the Data Computing segment. Consequently, gross profit decreased by RM15.3 million.
The Group recorded a profit before tax of RM8.1 million, compared to a profit before tax of RM83.3 million in the preceding year corresponding quarter, representing a decline of RM75.2 million, which was predominantly attributable to the significant reduction in sales besides less favourable foreign exchange movements. Profit after tax declined to RM11 million from RM59 million achieved in the same quarter in FY25.
First half revenue was also down from RM5 billion to RM3 billion, PAT sank to RM3 million from RM112 million.
Outlook comment; With global economic and geopolitical uncertainties persist, the Board remains cautiously optimistic about the Group’s prospects for the financial year ending 31 December 2026 and will continue to focus on operational excellence, execution discipline and sustainable long-term growth.
