Citaglobal Posts RM25.2 Million FP2026 PATMI, Backed By RM1.4 Billion Order Book

Citaglobal Bhd recorded profit after tax and minority interests (PATMI) of RM25.2 million on revenue of RM606.2 million for the 18-month financial period ended June 30, 2026, supported by strong contributions from its civil engineering and property businesses.

The FP2026 PATMI surpassed the RM14.8 million recorded in FY24. On a simple annualised basis, earnings amounted to about RM16.8 million, around 13% higher than FY24.

The Civil Engineering and Construction segment remained the group’s largest revenue contributor at RM292.1 million, accounting for about 48.2% of total revenue, followed by Property at RM129.3 million.

Telecommunications contributed RM65.4 million, while Energy and Manufacturing generated RM62.1 million and RM56 million respectively.

For the quarter ended June 30, Citaglobal posted revenue of RM214.2 million, more than triple the RM67 million recorded in the preceding quarter, while PATMI stood at RM7.3 million.

Executive Chairman and President Tan Sri Dr Mohamad Norza Zakaria said the group’s immediate priority was to execute its existing RM1.4 billion order book and convert awarded projects into revenue, earnings and cash flow.

As at June 30, Citaglobal had an outstanding order book of approximately RM1.4 billion, providing medium-term earnings visibility. During the quarter, it also secured a RM37.8 million subcontract under the Penang Mutiara LRT project.

Beyond its core construction and property businesses, the group is expanding its New Energy, Telecommunications and Environment divisions, including renewable energy, Bio-CNG and digital connectivity projects.

Citaglobal remains cautiously optimistic on its prospects, supported by its order book, continued infrastructure investment and opportunities arising from Malaysia’s energy transition, while targeting a greater contribution from recurring-income businesses.
