DKSH Business Unit Technology has expanded its strategic partnership with Swiss measurement specialist Novasina AG into Malaysia, strengthening access to water activity measurement solutions for the country’s food and pharmaceutical industries.
Under the agreement, DKSH will provide marketing and sales, distribution and logistics, after-sales services and technical support for Novasina’s high-precision instruments, which are used for quality assurance, product safety and regulatory compliance.
The Malaysia expansion builds on more than two decades of collaboration between the two companies across multiple Asia-Pacific markets, including Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Japan and Australia.
Novasina Chief Executive Officer Felix Oesch said DKSH’s local market presence and commercial capabilities would help the company reach more customers and accelerate its growth in Malaysia.
DKSH Malaysia General Manager for Technology Edmond Son said Novasina’s solutions would complement DKSH’s Scientific Instrumentation portfolio while supporting food and pharmaceutical customers seeking to improve product quality, safety and operational performance.
