Arvex Bhd will replace Kim Hin Joo (Malaysia) Bhd (KHJ) on Bursa Malaysia’s ACE Market under the group’s internal reorganisation, with trading in Arvex shares set to commence on Sept 11, 2026.
In a Bursa Malaysia filing, KHJ said Bursa Malaysia Depository had on Sept 7 confirmed that all Arvex shares are ready to be credited into the Central Depository System (CDS) accounts of entitled shareholders on Sept 9.
Notices of allotment will be despatched to the entitled shareholders on Sept 8.
Under the reorganisation, Arvex will be admitted to Bursa Securities’ Official List in place of KHJ.
The listing and quotation of Arvex’s entire issued share capital, comprising 380,000,002 shares, will commence at 9am on Friday, Sept 11 on a “Ready” basis.
Arvex will be listed under the Consumer Products & Services sector of the ACE Market.
Its stock short name will be ARVEX, while its stock code is 0210 and ISIN code is MYQ0210OO003.
