Vestland Bhd has secured a RM263.7 million design-and-build contract for sheet pile wall and bridge works at Sungai Golok in Kelantan.
The company said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Vestland Infra Sdn Bhd, was awarded the contract by Johnson Fluid Engineering Sdn Bhd.
The project involves the construction of a dual-function sheet pile wall and bridge works at Sungai Golok, which runs along Malaysia’s border with Thailand in Kelantan.
Construction is scheduled to commence on Sept 21, 2026, with the works expected to be completed within 19 months.
The RM263.7 million award adds another sizeable infrastructure project to Vestland’s portfolio as the group expands its exposure to civil and infrastructure construction works.
The contract is also expected to provide earnings visibility for the group over the project’s construction period.
