TT Vision Holdings Bhd is investing approximately RM92 million to construct a new factory and office building in Bayan Lepas Industrial Park, Penang.
The automated equipment specialist said its wholly-owned subsidiary, TT Vision Technologies Sdn Bhd, awarded the construction contract to Yu Tong Construction Sdn Bhd on Sept 7, 2026 following a successful tender.
The new factory and office building will be constructed in Bayan Lepas Industrial Park, adding approximately 153,000 sq ft of built-up area to TT Vision’s operations.
TT Vision said the additional space is intended to cater for the group’s future capacity expansion.
The RM92 million contract follows the company’s earlier announcement on Aug 28 relating to the development of the industrial land.
Yu Tong is expected to enter into a formal construction agreement with TT Vision on or before Oct 10, 2026, or another date mutually agreed by both parties.
