SCA Solutions Bhd is targeting a fourth-quarter 2026 (4Q26) listing on Bursa Malaysia’s ACE Market after securing approval from Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd for its proposed IPO.
The mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering solutions provider specialises in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and fire safety solutions, covering technical consulting, procurement and supply of components and accessories, as well as testing and commissioning services.
According to Managing Director Tan Cheng Eng, the proposed listing will support the group’s next phase of growth as it looks to scale its operations and strengthen its capabilities in increasingly complex building and industrial projects.
“SCA Solutions has evolved over the past two decades from an HVAC components distributor into an M&E solutions specialist serving mission-critical facilities.
“Our integrated solutions and services have earned the trust of customers across mission-critical facilities, including data centres, higher learning institutions, industrial facilities and hospitals,” he said.
Tan emphasised that the IPO would provide a stronger foundation for the group to expand its operations and drive innovation as demand grows for more sophisticated building and industrial solutions.
SCA Solutions has built a track record across a broad range of projects, including shopping malls, hotels, offices, hospitals and educational institutions.
Its industrial exposure extends to data centres and semiconductor plants, while its infrastructure portfolio includes tunnels, airports and rail transit stations.
The group also distributes 13 global brands, including Belimo, Honeywell and ABB, offering products such as temperature and pressure sensors, motorised control valves and metering devices used in HVAC systems, alongside fire safety instrumentation.
SCA Solutions has appointed Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd to serve as the principal advisor, sponsor, underwriter and placement agent for the proposed listing.
