Zetrix AI Bhd substantial shareholder Wong Thean Soon disposed of a combined 277.03 million shares held directly and indirectly over two days on Sept 3 and Sept 4, 2026.
The transactions comprised 159.60 million shares held directly by Wong and another 117.43 million shares held indirectly through Asia Internet Holdings Sdn Bhd.
On Sept 3, Wong disposed of 43.93 million shares held directly, while Asia Internet Holdings disposed of 75.30 million shares.
A further 115.67 million shares held directly by Wong and 42.13 million shares registered under Asia Internet Holdings were disposed of on Sept 4.
Following the transactions, Wong retains a direct interest of 661.86 million shares, representing 8.402% of Zetrix AI, as well as an indirect interest of 700.75 million shares, or 8.896%.
His combined direct and deemed interest therefore stands at approximately 1.363 billion shares, equivalent to about 17.30% based on the percentages disclosed in the filing.
Zetrix AI said Wong’s entire indirect interest is represented by shares registered in the name of Asia Internet Holdings.
The percentage shareholdings disclosed exclude 180.90 million Zetrix AI shares bought back by the company and held as treasury shares.
The filing, dated Sept 7, did not disclose the disposal prices, transaction values or identities of the buyers.
