LFE Corporation Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, LFE Engineering Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM13.3 million subcontract from Pembinaan Bina Bumi Sdn Bhd for electrical and extra-low voltage works at a commercial redevelopment project in Ara Damansara, Selangor.
In a Bursa Malaysia filing, LFE said its subsidiary accepted the letter of award dated Aug 5, 2026, for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical and extra-low voltage services for the project.
The development involves the proposed reconstruction of a commercial development on Lot 81117, Jalan PJU 1A/46, Ara Damansara, Mukim Damansara, Petaling, Selangor, for Luster Ara Sdn Bhd.
The contract runs for 27 months, with the commencement date stated as Dec 22, 2025, and completion scheduled for March 21, 2028.
LFE said the contract is valued at RM13.3 million.
The company does not expect any material risks arising from the contract apart from the normal operational risks associated with carrying out the works, for which the group will take appropriate measures to mitigate.
The award adds to LFE Engineering’s portfolio of mechanical and electrical-related works and provides the group with additional order-book visibility through early 2028.
