Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) has declared an interim single-tier dividend of 25 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2026.
The national utility company said the dividend will be paid on Oct 16, 2026 to shareholders whose names appear in the record of depositors as at 5pm on Sept 30.
TNB shares will trade ex-dividend from Sept 29.
The dividend will be denominated and paid in Malaysian ringgit, with an entitlement of RM0.25 per ordinary share.
Shareholders whose securities are transferred into their Central Depository System accounts before 4.30pm on Sept 30 will be entitled to the dividend, subject to the applicable Bursa Malaysia rules.
The interim payout provides shareholders with a cash distribution for TNB’s 2026 financial year, with the final dividend for the year to be determined separately.
