Vestland Bhd has secured a RM410 million construction contract for two high-rise commercial towers along Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Vestland Resources Sdn Bhd.
The company said Vestland Resources accepted the letter of award from Golden Armani Sdn Bhd on Sept 11, 2026.
The contract involves superstructure works, landscaping, facilities floors, façade lighting, signages and other miscellaneous works for a development comprising a 69-storey Small Office Home Office (SOHO) tower and a 78-storey Small Office Versatile Office (SOVO) tower, together with related facilities.
The project is located at Lots 124 to 128, Section 44, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.
Vestland said the scope of works includes the design, approval, construction, completion, testing and commissioning of the relevant works.
Construction is scheduled to commence on Sept 15, 2026, with completion targeted for Sept 14, 2029.
Golden Armani is principally involved in property development, construction, money lending services, investment holding, trading and service provision.
Vestland said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets over the duration of the project, assuming there are no material delays.
