Meridian Bhd has applied to Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd for a further nine-month extension to submit its proposed regularisation plan, which would push the deadline to June 25, 2027.
The Practice Note 17 (PN17) company said it submitted the application on Sept 11, 2026.
The latest request marks Meridian’s fifth extension of time application in relation to the submission of its regularisation plan.
Bursa Securities had previously, on April 7, 2026, approved an extension allowing the company until Sept 25, 2026 to submit its plan to the relevant regulatory authorities.
Meridian is now seeking an additional nine months beyond that deadline.
The company said Bursa Securities has yet to make a decision on the application.
