Samaiden Group Bhd group managing director Datuk Ir Chow Pui Hee has disposed of 10 million ordinary shares in the renewable energy company for a total consideration of RM18.5 million.
According to a Bursa Malaysia filing, the transaction was carried out on Sept 9, 2026 outside a closed period. The shares disposed represented approximately 1.787% of Samaiden’s issued securities.
She still holds 24% stake in the company with 137,652,500 units.
Based on the disclosed consideration, the transaction was valued at about RM1.85 per share.
The share price has shot up more than 90% over the last 6 months.
