Eco World Submits RM667 Million Bid For Singapore Land Parcel

Eco World Development Group Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary has submitted a S$208.1 million, or approximately RM667.62 million, bid for a leasehold land parcel at Lorong Puntong/Sin Ming Avenue in Singapore.

The property developer said Eco World Development (S) Pte Ltd (EWPL) submitted the bid on Sept 15, 2026 to Singapore’s Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), acting as agent for the Singapore government.

The land measures approximately 4,283 sq metres.

Eco World stressed that the tender has yet to be awarded, with the successful bidder to be determined after all submissions have been evaluated by the URA.

The RM667.62 million equivalent was calculated using an exchange rate of S$1 to RM3.2082, based on Bank Negara Malaysia’s middle rate as at 5pm on Sept 14.
