YTL Hospitality REIT has appointed Yeoh Keong Wei as an alternate director with effect from Sept 15, 2026.
The 30-year-old is currently an executive director of YTL Land & Development Bhd, where he is involved in property development, investment strategy, land bank planning, acquisitions, disposals, master planning and project execution.
Yeoh joined YTL Land in 2021 and has played a role in the development of the group’s property portfolio, including the long-term master planning of Sentul and the transformation of its former railway depots into a mixed-use destination.
His responsibilities also cover marketing, sales and brand positioning, with a focus on using market intelligence, data and digital innovation to strengthen the positioning of YTL Land’s developments.
Yeoh holds a Bachelor of Science in International Management with First Class Honours from King’s College London.
He is also a director of Sentul Raya Golf Club Bhd.
Yeoh is the son of Dato’ Yeoh Seok Kian, a director of Pintar Projek Sdn Bhd, the manager of YTL Hospitality REIT.
