Zetrix AI Bhd group managing director Wong Thean Soon has disposed of 3 million ordinary shares in the company in an off-market dealing outside a closed period.
According to filings, Wong disposed of the shares on Sept 14, 2026 at 25.2 sen per share, valuing the transaction at about RM756,000.
The shares represented approximately 0.038% of the company’s issued securities based on the calculation stated in the filing.
Zetrix AI noted that the percentage of securities transacted excludes 180.90 million treasury shares held by the company.
The filing described the transaction as a disposal involving Wong’s direct interest in the company’s ordinary shares.
This comes after TS Wong, a substantial shareholder disposed of a combined 277.03 million shares held directly and indirectly over two days on Sept 3 and Sept 4, 2026.
The transactions comprised 159.60 million shares held directly by Wong and another 117.43 million shares held indirectly through Asia Internet Holdings Sdn Bhd.
