Paramount Corporation Bhd has completed its acquisition of three contiguous parcels of leasehold land measuring approximately 48.49 acres in Bukit Raja, Selangor, for RM113.5 million cash.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the property developer said it settled the outstanding balance of RM102.15 million on Sept 18, 2026, marking the completion of the acquisition on the same date.
The transaction involves three adjoining parcels of land situated in Mukim Bukit Raja, Petaling District, Selangor.
Paramount had initially announced the proposed acquisition on Dec 17, 2025.
The RM102.15 million balance payment represents 90% of the total purchase consideration, with the remaining RM11.35 million accounted for under the earlier payment arrangement.
The acquisition adds approximately 48.49 acres of leasehold land to Paramount’s property portfolio in Selangor.
The latest announcement did not provide further details on the proposed development of the land or its expected contribution to the group’s earnings.
