Abu Dhabi is adding a new luxury retail and dining destination to its cultural district, with Aldar set to open Saadiyat Grove in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Located between the Louvre Abu Dhabi, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi and Zayed National Museum, Saadiyat Grove will bring more than 100 brands together, including 20 new-to-region concepts. The mixed-use development will combine retail with restaurants, hotels, residences, offices and wellness spaces.
The retail line-up includes Audemars Piguet, Brunello Cucinelli, BVLGARI, Cartier, Chaumet, Dior, FENDI, Loewe, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co., Valentino and Van Cleef & Arpels.
Several brands are also introducing new retail concepts. Audemars Piguet will debut a global boutique concept centred on watchmaking, while Chaumet will introduce an immersive tiara experience. FENDI will have a space with a cinema and multipurpose room, and Loewe will open its first Personalisation Bar in the region.
Cartier’s Abu Dhabi boutique will incorporate locally sourced materials and collaborations with UAE artists. Louis Vuitton will also introduce a new retail experience focused on the house’s heritage.
Dining will form another major part of Saadiyat Grove. The line-up includes Alain Ducasse Café, Monsieur Paul, Kokoro Handroll Bar and Momofuku, while Japanese culture and lifestyle retailer BEAMS will make its UAE debut.
The development will also be home to Abu Dhabi’s first Time Out Market. The food and cultural venue will feature 16 kitchens, along with a Time Out Café, beverage concepts and entertainment.
Beyond retail and dining, Saadiyat Grove is planned as a broader mixed-use destination. Saadiyat Forum will cover 7,000 square metres and host cultural and entertainment programming, including a new cinema concept.
There will also be a 2,200-square-metre executive club, 25,000 square metres of Grade A office space, a luxury hotel and more than 1,000 residential units across projects including Louvre Abu Dhabi Residences, Baccarat Residences Saadiyat and The Arthouse.
Wellness is also part of the development. A 2,000-square-metre BXR gym will mark the London-based brand’s first flagship in the Middle East, alongside a wellness centre and longevity clinic.
With its location among Abu Dhabi’s major cultural institutions, Saadiyat Grove is positioned as another piece of the wider Saadiyat Cultural District. Its opening in late 2026 will add a retail, dining and lifestyle component to an area already centred on museums, education, hospitality and the arts.
