Rapid KL has warned of delays on the Kelana Jaya Line after a train experienced a brake issue and had to be operated manually between Masjid Jamek and Pasar Seni stations.
In a post on X at 8.30am on Thursday, Rapid KL said train movements at other stations were also expected to be slower, with trains making longer stops at platforms.
“A train is being operated manually between Masjid Jamek and Pasar Seni stations due to a brake issue.
“Train movement at other stations is expected to be slower, with longer stops at platforms,” it said.
Passengers using the Kelana Jaya Line are therefore expected to experience longer journey times while the disruption is being managed.
