Kawan Renergy Berhad 3Q26 profit plunges nearly 80% to RM1.5 million from RM7.1 million, group revenue rose 32.6% year-on-year to RM46.5 million driven by growth across all four of its main business segments.
This third quarter saw higher recognition from the industrial process equipment business segment. The group also commenced a new project for a data center in 3Q26 and is only in its preliminary stage.
For the cumulative nine months period, group revenue was up 43.4% year-on-year to RM136.7 million; industrial process equipment, renewable energy and co-generation plants, and industrial process plants revenue were all higher, while sale of electricity from power generation and precision engineering revenue was lower at RM0.6 million on project phasing.
