EP Manufacturing Bhd (EPMB) said its Group Chief Executive Officer Ahmad Razlan Mohamed has resigned from his position with effect from Sept 30, 2026.
The company said the 50-year-old tendered his resignation to pursue other professional opportunities.
The board also placed on record its appreciation for Ahmad Razlan’s contributions and leadership during his tenure with the group.
Following his resignation, Ahmad Razlan may continue to assist the company where reasonably required on handover and clarification matters relating to his previous tenure, in order to facilitate business continuity and an orderly transition.
EPMB stressed that such assistance would not constitute his continued appointment as an executive officer of the company.
The company did not announce a successor in the filing.
