Selangor Dredging Bhd (SDB) has RM155.78 million in unbilled sales from its ongoing residential projects, providing earnings visibility as the developer moves between completed developments and newer projects still in early construction stages.
The unbilled sales are tied to DaMai in Taman Melawati and Elina Resort Homes @ Senai in Puchong, both of which continue to record sales.
Group Managing Director Teh Lip Kim said the company’s financial performance reflected the timing of its development cycle, with earlier projects completed while newer developments had yet to reach more advanced construction stages.
SDB posted a loss after tax of RM41.22 million for FY26, reversing from a RM21.93 million profit a year earlier, while revenue fell to RM174.48 million from RM375.95 million.
The group is also planning a new residential development near Bukit Mertajam, Penang, comprising 122 three-storey superlink villas and a clubhouse.
Teh said SDB’s focus remains on delivering its current projects while building up its next development pipeline.
Over the past two decades, SDB has delivered 28 developments across Malaysia and Singapore and received 69 awards and accolades.
