PMW International Bhd has extended its existing Master Framework Agreement with four subsidiaries of EDOTCO Group Sdn Bhd for the design, fabrication and supply of concrete poles until April 2029.
The agreement was extended through PMW’s wholly-owned subsidiary, PMW Marketing Sdn Bhd, via a supplemental agreement.
The original framework agreement was signed in May 2024 and covers the design, fabrication and supply of spun concrete poles according to EDOTCO’s technical requirements.
Under the framework, PMW supplies spun concrete poles of up to 30 metres in height, including Biochar-enhanced Prestressed Concrete Poles and concrete monopoles for telecommunications infrastructure applications.
Since the original agreement began in 2024, the group has supplied approximately RM10 million worth of concrete monopoles for 292 sites.
PMW said EDOTCO remains one of its key telecommunications customers.
