AHB Maintains Five Sen Income Distribution For FY2026

Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera (AHB) has maintained its income distribution at five sen per unit for the financial year ended Sept 30, 2026, benefiting more than 82,000 unit holders.

The final distribution for the six months ended Sept 30 was set at 2.1 sen per unit, alongside a 0.4 sen bonus distribution declared by fund sponsor Pelaburan Hartanah Bhd (PHB).

Together with the 2.5 sen interim distribution declared in April, the total distribution for FY2026 comes to five sen per unit.

PHB said RM120.13 million will be paid in the final round, bringing the total annual distribution to RM236.41 million.

The bonus distribution applies to the first 1,000,000 units held by each unit holder.

PHB Group Managing Director Mazuki Abdullah @ Muhammad said the full-year distribution reflected the resilience of AHB and its underlying property portfolio.

“AHB’s performance this year demonstrates our commitment to continue providing competitive returns to unit holders. At the same time, we remain focused on strengthening AHB’s position as an investment instrument of choice for Bumiputera investors through prudent capital management, dynamic investment strategies and continuous portfolio optimisation to ensure sustainable growth and long-term value creation,” he said.

PHB Asset Management Bhd (PHBAM) Chief Executive Officer Zulkifli Ishak said the fund manager would continue managing AHB responsibly to ensure it remained accessible to Bumiputera investors.

The distribution will be paid in the form of AHB units and credited directly into unit holders’ AHB accounts by Oct 13. The units will be automatically reinvested, allowing holders to increase their holdings.

Bumiputera investors can subscribe to AHB at a fixed price of RM1 per unit, with a minimum investment of RM100 and maximum of RM1 million. Subscriptions are available through authorised distributors including Maybank, AmBank, AmBank Islamic, Bank Islam Malaysia and Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia.
