The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) acquired a total of 13.64 million shares in Inari Amertron Bhd on Sept 28, 2026, increasing its direct stake in the semiconductor services company to 18.488%.
Inari said the EPF acquired 9.05 million shares, 2.00 million shares and 2.59 million shares through separate registered holdings on the same day.
Following the transactions, the retirement fund’s direct interest in Inari stood at 714.59 million shares, representing 18.488% of the company’s issued shares.
The shares are held through Citigroup Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd under several EPF accounts, including one managed by AHAM Asset Management.
Inari Ametron shares closed at 2.51 up 0.4% today.
