Zetrix AI Bhd group managing director Wong Thean Soon disposed of 22.73 million shares in the company on Sept 30 through his indirect interest.
The group said the shares were disposed of at 16.2 sen per share, translating to an estimated transaction value of about RM3.68 million.
The shares were registered under Asia Internet Holdings Sdn Bhd, through which Wong holds his indirect interest.
Following the disposal, Wong’s indirect interest in Zetrix AI stood at 355.04 million shares, representing 4.495% of the company.
He also continues to hold a direct interest of 482.33 million shares, equivalent to 6.107%.
The percentages exclude 180.90 million shares bought back by Zetrix AI and held as treasury shares.
The notice was dated and received by the company on Oct 1.
