Taiwan’s largest renewable energy and net-zero exhibitions, Energy Taiwan and Net-Zero Taiwan, will return from Oct 14 to 16, 2026 at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, bringing together companies, technology providers and industry experts across the clean energy and decarbonisation ecosystem.
Co-organised by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) and the Green Energy and Sustainability Alliance (GESA) under SEMI, the exhibitions will showcase technologies and services spanning renewable energy, carbon management, energy efficiency, green finance, energy storage and emerging power solutions.
This year’s Net-Zero Taiwan will focus on turning corporate decarbonisation plans into practical action, reflecting growing pressure on companies to reduce emissions while strengthening supply-chain resilience and competitiveness.
The exhibition will feature solutions in areas including Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism response strategies, deep energy saving, carbon management, renewable energy trading, circular economy applications, green finance, inspection and verification.
Organisers said deep energy saving is emerging as one of the more attractive decarbonisation pathways because of its relatively lower investment requirements and potential for meaningful cost and emissions reductions.
Energy Taiwan To Showcase Four Core Segments
Energy Taiwan will meanwhile feature four main exhibition areas — photovoltaics, wind energy, smart storage and emerging power — covering components, equipment, system integration, operations and maintenance, certification and training.
The Emerging Power segment will showcase technologies including hydrogen, geothermal, small hydropower, ocean energy and biomass, reflecting the broader shift towards a more diversified low-carbon energy mix.
The event comes as electricity demand continues to rise alongside the expansion of artificial intelligence, data centres and digitalisation.
Citing the International Energy Agency, organisers said global electricity demand is projected to increase at an average annual rate of 3.6% between 2026 and 2030, around 50% faster than the average pace seen over the past decade.
Taiwan is responding by advancing its energy transition across four areas — diversified green energy, deeper energy savings, technical power storage and a more resilient power grid.
Forums To Focus On AI, Finance And Carbon Data
The exhibitions will also include a series of forums covering AI-driven energy transition, biodiversity, sustainable finance, corporate governance and carbon data management.
The Net-Zero Action Forum, themed “Net-Zero in Action”, will focus on five areas: global sustainable finance, supply-chain standards, AI computing power, energy transition and carbon data governance.
Organisers said the sessions are intended to help companies identify emerging risks, strengthen resilience and move from sustainability planning towards implementation.
A series of Sustainability Awards and business matchmaking sessions will also be held during the event, connecting buyers and suppliers from Taiwan and overseas and creating opportunities for cross-border partnerships.
Online pre-registration for industry visitors is now open.
