OKI Malaysia Head Goh Yin Hwang Launches New Wide Format Printers

Showcasing the latest in wide format multifunctional printers, OKI participates once again at the annual Archidex show, which was held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre from 4 to 7 July 2018.

Every year, the show attracts visitors from the architecture, interior design and building industries. To meet the evolving needs of the architecture, engineering and design industries, OKI showcases two printer models from its Teriostar series, namely the LP-1040-MF and the LP-2060-MF.

The two models are wide format multifunction printers designed to boost productivity in architecture, design, engineering and reprographics offices where deadlines are tight, and time is money. Both models can print up to A1 size prints, in addition to both colour and mono scanning.

A unique industry feature is the user-replaceable process cartridge, which is essentially a combination of cartridge and photoconductor drum. This allows little to no downtime for business owners, delivering increased uptime and reduced support costs.

OKI has made its Teriostar printers simple and intuitive to use. All controls can be managed through its clear 8.5-inch colour touchscreen panel – giving users quick access to frequently used menus on a functional user interface.

“Architects, engineers, designers and users who need CAD printing, want devices that give them increased productivity, ease of use, security and output quality. The Teriostar series satisfies all these needs. The modes also help deliver cost savings and improve efficient by maximising uptime. These latest wide format multifunction printers from OKI also open new opportunities for those who want to offer an industry-specific solution to businesses beyond our core office printer market,” says Goh Yin Hwang, Country Manager for OKI Malaysia.

The Teriostar series are now available from selected authorised OKI resellers with a recommended retail price of RM46,000 and RM69,000 for the LP-1040-MF and LP-2060-MF respectively.
