DC Restaurant, is a modern gastronomic French fine dining restaurant located in Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI), a quaint suburban residential area, snugged between a row of unpretentious three-storey shophouses.
DC Restaurant started operations in November 2015. It offers three types of prix fixe menus based on seasonal foreign or locally sourced ingredients.
Customers are pampered by their personalised front of house service and dedicated cuisine team. Every dinner service is like a concert performance, crafting and plating one dish at a time. Each dish is cooked with feelings. A true reflection of Darren Chin’s self-expression through food.
The local culinary master and the man behind DC Restaurant, Darren Chin, is no stranger to the food & beverage industry — his father David Chin is the founder of Dave’s Deli Group — has spent nearly twelve years in the family business.
