BiiB announces key partnerships for virtual run event Race of the Stars: Fit with Music

Neupulse Sdn Bhd (BiiB) a mobile app platform built for runners, announced a major partnership with four key brands in Malaysia – Samsung, Universal Music Malaysia, JD Sports, and Fitness First. 

The partnership is targeted to create a rewarding virtual running event happening throughout the country in conjunction with Samsung Malaysia’s launch of their new wearable product Galaxy Fit2 in Malaysia.

2020 has been a challenging year for all of us, we would like to look back at this particular highlight of our accomplishments working together towards promoting a healthy lifestyle for Malaysia.”  

Race of the Stars: Fit with Music, will kick off from November 28 to December 23. Samsung Malaysia will be providing a generous contribution of prizes consisting of Galaxy Note 20 5G, Galaxy S20 FE, Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, Galaxy Buds+ (BTS edition), and Galaxy Watch Active2 40mm amongst other valuable prizes to be won. JD Sports is also giving away RM500 and RM1,000 vouchers to winners.

The challenge will be managed through BiiB’s system which works super easily where participants are to submit their results online, whether manually or syncing it through the third-party apps like Garmin, COROS, or MapMyRun onto the BiiB’s system.  

Participants will also be able to view a live ranking (with an update of every 10 minutes interval) of their progress as an individual and as a team.

To date, celebrities like Alvin Chong, Kowachee, Nicole Lai, Daniel Fong, Dara, Ahirine, and Ramona have confirmed their participation in the race, leading a team of their own looking towards achieving a team goal of 999km together, in their bid to win the challenge.

All throughout the challenge duration, winning participants will be rewarded with a potential of more than a total of RM50,000 worth of prizes to be won on a weekly basis, upon the completion of the challenge. 

The prizes to be won consist of mobile devices to virtual fitness classes and great discounts for sports gear. There really is something for everyone including meet and greet sessions with artists. 

The event is open to the public with an affordable fee starting from RM10.90 up to RM168.90. The RM168.90 registration fee comes with a unit of the newly launched Samsung Galaxy Fit2.  Registration will be open to members of the public, within Malaysia from now until December 10 on getbiib.com/events/82
