Against 18,000 participants, Mohammad Saiful Bin Mohammad Amin rose to the top of the 16 Cars Contest and won a brand-new Honda Civic 1.5, worth over RM120,000 or over $29,500. The 29-year-old trader working as an aviation engineer with Etihad Airways made the highest possible profit and traded volume for this round of the contest.

Originally from Kulim, Kedah, the young trader currently living in Dubai, United Arab Emirates only started trading with OctaFX three months ago and successfully won the grand prize in Malaysia after earning the highest results in gain, profit factor, and traded volume.

The 16 Cars contest organised by OctaFX is a recurring global event where novice and experienced traders make calculated decisions and profitable trade strategies to raise their account balance. By joining this contest, you stand a chance to win new cars, Macbook laptops, smartphones and smartwatches. Prizes are distributed in multiple regions.

Mohammad Saiful was announced first place during the virtual prize ceremony before the car was received by his mother in Malaysia.

“I was surprised when I find out that he won the car when he just started trading three months ago! During our usual Zoom calls together, I couldn’t stop smiling because of how happy I was for him. This is one of many achievements that make me proud to have him for a son,” his mother Rosnah said.

The prize ceremony held via Zoom was hosted by Malaysian actor Fizo Omar – famous for his roles in movies like ‘Romeo Kota’ (2015) and ‘Kongsi’ (2011). As a recent partner of OctaFX, Fizo Omar has been very supportive of the contest participants.

“It was interesting to see so many people utilise their skills for the contest. Even more when I found out the grand prize winner sent his most special person, his mother, to collect the car. It makes me happy knowing that he chose to share the joy and profits with her,” Fizo Omar said.

The latest edition of OctaFX 16 Cars contest first started on 17 August 2020 and will end on 16 August 2021.
