The Exclusive Selection For Two begins with Moriawase comprising Oyster Shooter with Ponzu Sauce alongside Salmon with Kelp in Jalapeno Dressing and the only Signature Dish featured, Whitefish Tiradito Style. Guests that choose to upgrade this course for RM55 will enjoy an additional serving of Scallop Karashi Su Miso with Caviar. This is followed by the Chef’s Sushi Selection meticulously handpicked by Nobu Kuala Lumpur’s Chef Masa.


The first main course features a crunchy and flavourful serving of Umami Seabass Tempura with Carrot Sauce. For those that have a hankering for something slightly more premium, there is an upgrade option to substitute this dish with Lobster Tempura with Carrot Sauce for RM55.


The penultimate course features a tender cut of Braised Wagyu Short Rib with Apple Teriyaki that offers a unique contrast in flavours without overpowering the natural beef taste. To end the five-course culinary journey, guests can indulge in delicate and creamy Tofu Bavarian on Monaka with Jasmine Sorbet and Palm Sugar Mochi.


The menu is priced at RM398++ for two people with two upgrade options featuring the Scallop Karashi Su Miso with Caviar and Lobster Tempura with Carrot Sauce; both priced at RM55.
