Encorp Berhad via its wholly-owned subsidiary ENCORP Construction and Engineering Sdn Bhd and Uthmaniah Properties Development Sdn Bhd today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for a design and build contract.
The contract is estimated to worth RM72 million. It is for a period of ten (10) months involving the external works of land clearing and earth works, laying of basic infrastructure, landscaping and lake decoration works. It is part of the Uthmaniah Medical City Centre development with a GDV of approximately RM3.0 billion estimated to be completed in 2024, comprising the International Cancer Centre, International Medical Research Institute, Medical Mall and 2 block of condominiums. It is pending finalisation of the masterplan, to undertake land clearing & earth works on a 27-acre land at Selangor Science Park 2, Cyberjaya, Mukim Dengkil, Daerah Sepang, Selangor.
