Bursa listed Bintai Kinden has redesignated Noor Azri Dato Noor Azerai from Deputy Chief Executive Officer to Executive Director.
Aged 23, Noor Azri has experience in Corporate Finance and Investment in Equity & Commodity Derivatives during his stint with M&A Securities Sdn Bhd and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad respectively, involving Initial Public Offering (IPO) exercise as well as managing portfolios of high value net worth individuals. Also a founder of UK based company involved in investment in private companies in the United Kingdom and Europe. Currently, he is also an Executive Director of Malaysian Genomics Resource Centre Berhad and an Independent Non-Executive Director in both Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad and NWP Holdings Berhad.
As as todate, he has direct interest of 10,200,000 ordinary shares, representing 1.468% of the total issued share capital of the Company of 694,655,660 ordinary shares. Bintai Kinden share is trading at RM0.18 as of today.
