For instance, Pakej Keluarga Malaysia offers promotional rate for family of four at least.
Applicable for the ETS, Ekspres Rakyat Timuran, and Ekspres Selatan services, the 25% discount can be obtained for both adult and child tickets using the code KMKTMB22. The promotional rate is only applicable for Malaysians and tickets must be purchased in one transaction. It should be stressed that there is no limit on the number of times you can use the promo code during the promotion period which will last until 31 December 2022.
This promotional discount is not, however, applicable for concession discounts, including OKUs, student, retiree, and senior citizen tickets.
The Pakej Keluarga Malaysia discount can be used to purchase tickets from the KTMB website, the KTMB Mobile app, ticket counters, and ticket vending machines.
While the Gemas Transit also offers 25% discount applicable for trains EG9321,EG9322, ES42, ES45, EG9425, EG9420, ERT26, ERT27. the 25% discount can be obtained for both adult and child tickets using the code PWPGEMAS.
KTMB already opened up ETS and KTM Intercity ticket sales for travels until June 2022 which means that seats for the upcoming Hari Raya season – taking place on 3 May for this year – are already up for grabs.
