CTOS Digital has announced that its Group Chief Executive Officer, Dennis Collin will be retiring from his post end of April, and will be serving the listed entity as its Non-Executive Vice Chairman.
Dennis Colin Martin joined CTOS in 2017 prior to its listing and was very much instrumental in the IPO of the credit reporting agency that accesses the popular Bank Negara-operated CCRIS application. The New Zealander is 58 years old and has been in the industry for more than 35 years.
Since listing, CTOS has been involved in a slew of acquisitions and continues to be on a growth trajectory as visioned by its majority investor Creador.
