RHB Bank Bhd has enhanced its digital RHB Rewards programme feature, which is available on its RHB Internet Banking and RHB Mobile Banking App. This updated version of the digital customer loyalty programme now enables customers to seamlessly consolidate Loyalty Points via a centralised platform whenever they save, spend, transact, or invest with RHB.
The enhanced digital RHB Rewards programme centralises rewards and loyalty point redemption by offering greater value that comes with the consolidation of various financial products and services across the Group, further enhancing the overall customer experience.
Loyalty Points may now be earned through various types of customer transactions, including through everyday Credit and Debit Card purchases, Deposit Accounts, Joy@Work Salary Account or Fixed Deposit Account openings, investment transactions, life insurance, as well as mortgage and hire purchase loans.
“Our enhanced digital RHB Rewards programme makes it easier for our customers to accumulate and redeem their Loyalty Points through a convenient centralised platform, covering even more products and services offered across RHB Banking Group.
