KSL has made the announcement that its wholly-owned subsidiary, namely KSL Medini has entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement on 12 September 2022 with Tropicana GP Views to purchase all that parcel of the freehold lands measuring approximately 53.89 acres in area forming part of the Master Lands located in Mukim Jeram Batu, Daerah Pontian, Negeri Johor for a total amount of RM102,935,612.34.
To recap, TGPV is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tropicana Corp.
