EP Manufacturing Bhd which is primarily involved in the automotive supply industry has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary EP Polymers had executed and accepted a Letter of Acceptance awarded by Perusahaan Otomobil Nasional Sdn Bhd to supply car seats for Proton’s future car model.
The polymer division is principally involved in manufacturing, fabricating, producing, buying, selling, and dealing in engineering plastic components and parts, partly and wholly made of or constructed with plastics. Accepting LOA to supply car seats is in the ordinary course of business of EPP.
Under the LOA, EPP’s responsibilities and obligations include being directly responsible and liable to Proton for the part(s) developed by the 1st Tier vendor. To use the Specified 2nd Level Item supplied by 2nd Tier vendor to produce Assembled Product.
