Through its official statement, Bursa Malaysia announced the change of name of CRG Incorporated Berhad. The Company shall be known as Carlo Rino Group Berhad.
Effective 9:00 am on January 3, 2023, the Company’s shares will be traded and quoted under the new name, Carlo Rino Group.
It should be noted that the Stock Short Name (CRG) and Stock Number (3016) remain unchanged.
